    Assignment Flow

    1. Explore AI’s Role in Team Collaboration
      Students will prompt an AI tool to explain how AI can support team communication, including examples related to shared documents, meeting summaries, and decision-making. They’ll critique the AI’s response for relevance and alignment with chapter concepts.
    2. Revise a Team Meeting Transcript
      Students will analyze a chaotic transcript from a team check-in and prompt AI to summarize it with clear action items, responsibilities, and follow-up needs. They’ll evaluate the AI’s summary and reflect on its usefulness for team members who missed the meeting.
    3. Make the Summary Team-Worthy
      Using Track Changes, students will refine the AI-generated summary to improve tone, structure, and clarity. A short reflection will connect their edits to real-world collaboration challenges and strategies.
