Try it out – Chapter 14

Try it Out

🔐 Integrity Tip:

AI is a great assistant—but not a replacement for your ideas, ethics, or effort. When using AI to create or revise content, always:

  • Disclose where and how AI was used

  • Make sure the final work reflects your voice, analysis, and ethical standards

  • Avoid letting AI “do the work for you”—it’s a partner, not a proxy

🔮Connections:

This final task ties together key themes from earlier chapters:

  • From Chapter 1–4, you built foundational writing, tone, and audience strategies.

  • In Chapters 5–7, you explored structure, feedback, and job-ready tools.

  • Chapters 8–11 focused on digital collaboration, storytelling, and real-world tools like meetings and reports.

  • Chapters 12–13 explored ethical use, reflection, and visual clarity.

Now, in Chapter 14, you’re asked to connect these lessons into a forward-looking plan that will grow with you.

Each chapter, has a corresponding AI-supported learning activity designed to help you engage more deeply with the concepts. These assignments are hosted in Canvas and follow a structured, iterative process using a provided template. You’ll use AI tools to:

  • Explore and clarify key ideas from the chapter
  • Practice applying concepts to real-world or professional scenarios
  • Reflect on your learning and refine your understanding through guided prompts

This assignment is an opportunity to build your confidence in using AI as a collaborative learning partner. It will help you develop critical thinking, communication, and digital literacy skills essential for success in modern business environments.
