Description: This module examines key workplace attitudes including job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee engagement. Students will explore how these attitudes develop, what factors influence them, and how they relate to important outcomes like performance, turnover, and absenteeism. The module covers both the measurement of job attitudes and interventions to improve them.

Why this Module is Important: Job attitudes are powerful predictors of workplace behavior and organizational outcomes. Understanding what creates positive attitudes helps organizations retain talent, improve performance, and create more satisfying work experiences. This module teaches students how to assess and improve the psychological experience of work, which is increasingly important in competitive talent markets.
